Does Zipsale Support Multi Quantity items

Zipsale is designed for single quantity items, and currently does not support multiple quantity item listings

What Platforms are part of the Auto delisting feature?

Currently Ebay, Etsy, Depop, Poshmark and shopify are all part of the auto delisting feature

At the moment Vinted is not and all Vinted sales must be manually delisted from the other platforms when an item sells on them or Vinted itself

Can I use Zipsale on mobile?

Zipsale has been designed to be used on a computer. Zipsale's interface is available on mobile as well and can be used to upload images, for example. For the best experience, we would recommend performing most functionalities on PC, though.

Can I use Zipsale outside of the UK?

Currently, Zipsale is made to be used in the UK. You can still ship your items internationally, if you choose that option when listing an item.

What is the refund policy?

Users are eligible for refunds or account credits on a situational basis if Zipsale is negligent in any way or fails to provide users with the services they have paid for.
Users are no longer eligible for a refund if they have already begun using their allotted items for the month. We also do not grant refunds for personal reasons.

What is the cancellation policy?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. In order to cancel your subscription, please contact us via the orange help button at the bottom of the screen and we'll be happy to assist you.

How do I subscribe to a plan on Zipsale?

Please go to your subscription page and pick a plan that suits you the best. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time.

The billing cycle will update in 1 month from your subscription date. If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active for the remainder of your billing cycle. After that, your payments will be cancelled.

What items can I list via Zipsale?

You can list any items that are allowed as per markerplace-specific terms and conditions. Zipsale is designed for Individual items of vintage, second-hand and new items, and is therefore most suitable for products that fall into these categories. You can check our Marketplaces page to find out which product categories are suitable for each of the marketplaces.

Can I import items to Zipsale?

Yes, you can. Zipsale allows you to import items via a one-click import function from any marketplace. You can find more information about importing items here.

How do I list items using Zipsale?

Listing is made easy on Zipsale, whether you decide to create items from scratch, import items, or use the sell similar function.
